How will I know what my exhibition stand will look like?
We design all our stands using the latest 3d render IT packages, so you’ll have the opportunity to view your stand from every angle and if you have an approved design move into production we’ll build your stand in our workshop. We want you to arrive at your exhibition with complete confidence, having seen it in the flesh a few weeks prior.
How much does an exhibition stand cost?
This is a hard question to answer, as there are so many variables. Smaller self-build stands start at £2,000 but larger Custom exhibition stands could be £40,000+
The cost completely depends on the space you hire and the type of stand you want. We pride ourselves at being experts at designing stands that can be reconfigured for every exhibition you plan to attend. This could reduce the overall annual cost of exhibition stand builds. We also offer the option of hiring your exhibition stand.

What types of exhibition stands are there?
Custom exhibition stand
A custom or bespoke exhibition stand is design specifically for you and your business, the size shape and functionality is tailored to your needs. But at ISOframe we can reconfigure the framework to allow different sized and shaped stand created from the same kit.
Modular exhibition stands
A modular stand is an exhibition system made up of different blocks that can be reconfigured to fit different exhibition spaces without compromising on the graphics.
Shell scheme exhibition booth
A shell scheme refers to the preassigned space the exhibition organisers allocate you. It’s a booth, usually with 2-3 walls, which you can adapt with your own graphics and furniture.
Can you build my exhibition stand for me?
Absolutely! We have our own experienced, fully trained exhibition stand installation team. The installation team will pre-build your stand in our workshop so you can see and sign off on all elements before your exhibition. The same team then travels to your venue to build your stand, giving you total confidence and peace of mind that your stand will be exactly as you signed off.
Do you build exhibition stands overseas?
Yes, we do! We have vast experience supporting our customers as they exhibit across Europe. Our in-house project managers can help with every aspect of the legality of exhibition planning, including venue regulations, storage, power, lighting, formats, installation, dismantling, logistics, environmental considerations, and more.
Can you store my exhibition stand?
Of course! Most bespoke stands we build now take up very little storage space, saving you money and reducing the risk of your stand getting damaged when you’re not using it.
Can we hire furniture from you?
We can arrange additional extras such as chairs, tables or even coffee machines. We want to give you the best value for your money. We don’t believe in buying furniture that will only be used for a few days a year, which is why we offer a hire service.
Should I just hire a stand?
This really depends on what you’re looking to achieve. Common reasons people hire their stand include:
